Is irs waving penalty and interest on 2021 and 2022 returns? where can I find that information?

How can I go about checking. Client filed 2021 and 2022 in March 2023.

Is there a way to have the penalties and interests waived?

2020 and 2021 I know they were due to Covid, not sure about 2022 though.

Oh if you were in California for 2022, they were refunding portions of the estimated tax penalty due to the extended due dates for payments.
