THIS IS INITIAL TAX RETURN WHERE EIN WAS TAKEN FOR SOLE MEMBER NOW IT WOULD LIKE TO CONVERT IN PARTNERSHIP

If it is a partnership now because a second member was added, 8832 is not needed. Partnership is the default status for a multi member LLC.

    Well this is first filing where EIN was issued in October 2022  says Sole Member
