Is anyone having problems printing out the first page of a client letter? The printing on the first page runs off the right edge of the paper and gets cut-off.

It started a few days ago in Pro-Series 25 but I just noticed that it happens in 24 and 23 as well. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes!! I just posted an answer on a different thread reporting the same problem.

Basically, open the underlying .RTF file located in the ProWin25/common folder and change the paper size to Letter. Restart ProSeries & the letters worked for me after that.

I had the same issue recently. I resolved it by selecting adobe pdf or another printer as default instead of “Microsoft Print to PDF” printer. For some reason, Microsoft Print to PDF was selected as my default printer after updating windows. Hope this helps you.

I had it happen back in March or April, somehow a PS update changed my Windows default printer settings to Landscape instead of Portrait, once I changed that, everything went back to normal.
