Is anyone having an issue with the number of K1's transferring incorrectly from 21 to 22?

I have an SCorp that had 4 shareholders in 21.  2 of them sold to the other 2, resulting in 2 final K1's for 21.  When I open in 22, the software is still looking for 4 shareholders, not the 2 it should be.

Remove them with an explanation statement.

I agree, that's a good solution.  Only problem is if I "force" the system to remove the shareholder fields it creates an error in Pro Series.  And this prevents me from efiling.  Unless there is a work around for the error/efiling issue?

I have same problem with final K1 in 21 transfer to 2022, can some one help to remove blank k1 so I can do e-file extension, custom supports do not know how to remove blank K1.
