IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS OPENING TOOLS HUB?

I CANNOT GET THE TOOLS HUB TO WORK....WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING THAT PROGRAM WHEN IT WON'T HELP. IT WILL OPEN NOW, BUT DOES NOT GIVE ME A CHOICE AS TO WHAT YEAR I NEED HELP WITH. 

PROGRAM IS UP TO DATE BUT NOT ALLOWING FILING.

I think the update yesterday didnt land well for some people.

You dont need to toolhub to REPAIR UDPATES got to the windows Start menu
