Question

Is anyone else having issues with business extensions not going through? I am getting first extension conversion failed on all 1120-S and 1065 that I am trying to file

From prior posts to this board - for whatever reason you have to fix most-to-all of the errors before it'll let you e-file the extensions.  It's baffling why you need how many W-2's, or put zeros on rental property lines just to file an extension.  We have no clue if it's P.S. of the Fed/state agencies.

    I have a pretty good clue on which one of those is creating the problem.
