IRS Issues Guidance on State Payments

For those of us that stopped submitting returns, seems like we are back in business.  But there seems to be an issue remaining for IL and NY taxpayers.  I'll start separate thread on what I think is remaining issue.

    Great. I hope they require the States to amend all those 1099-Gs.

    If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
