Invite sent to add a user but never recieved

We have sent an invite for a new preparer several times but they have never received it.

Hi @Bob43 Thanks for posting in the Community about the new preparer not receiving the email invite. If you have already checked that the email is correct and the preparer has checked that it is not going to spam or junk, then we would recommend contacting ProSeries Support. They would be able to take a look at this with you.
