Intuit Proseries extension payment debited Friday 4/12/24

A client reported to me that his $50,000 extension payment scheduled for Monday 4/15/24 actually was taken from his bank account on Friday 4/12/24.  The funds were there so it wasn't an issue, but scary.  Has anyone else seen any issues?

it may just be pending.. I know I had my balance due on my own return scheduled for 04.15 and it shows up as a pending withdrawal on my bank's website with a 04.15.24 date but shows pending.

And one more reason why I let clients pay their own taxes. I don't want the responsibility for screw-ups.
