I've selected "invite" from intuit link but I continue to get an error message. The request has not been sent to the client. Is intuit link "closed" until a later date?

What does the error message say?

    "An error occurred trying to send [client name] data to Intuit Link.  Please try again at a later time.  If this issues persists, please contact us for assistance."

    I contacted Intuit and they said "maybe its not open yet?"  I asked when it would be open and they indicated they were not familiar with the process.  

    I'm going to contact them again today, hoping I can get in touch with someone who does know.
