Intermittent problems print NY form IT-201
Getting garbled text (line descriptions, not graphics or numbers) on NY form IT-201 pages 3 & 4
Happening about 30% of the time. Same printer for 3 years so not that. Just started in ProSeries Basic 2022.
Also learned that if you select Print - IT-201 pages 3 & 4, ProSeries prints all 4 pages. Not sure why they break form up since it is been 4 pages for a long time.
