Where do I enter an "Interest shortfall on contingent payment debt"?

Are you talking about a 1099B with bond sales?

    It is on an Ameriprise tax Information statement in the Interest Income section.  Says it is not reported to IRS and is for reference only.

    There was also a non treasury OID listed for a smaller amount, but don't know if that relates.
