INSTEAD OF FORM 1040 NR , FORM 1040 HAS BEEN USED.

Hi to all.

 

New client as F1 visa ( arrived in the U.S. 07/01/2021) for her, in 2022 instead of form 1040 NR form 1040 as resident has been field.  How can I correct it? 

Any insight or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

However, I'm not sure if the software (or the IRS) is set up well to e-file a 1040 to 1040-NR.  It might need to be paper filed.
