Installment Agreement

Hello! I saw another forum where it has step by step instructions on where to find the installment agreement form. when I try to follow the steps, i do not see the installment agreement form. Is there any way to add this form as an option so it can be efiled?

Hello. To complete Form 9465 go to the Federal Information Worksheet, Part IX - Electronic Funds Withdrawal Options, Under Other Direct Debit. Click QuickZoom to open Form 9465.
