Question

installing pro series. It stops and says quickbooks is running and needs to be shut off. I'm not into that program at all.

Pro Series installation stops because quick books is running.  It's not and won't let me go any further.  HELP

Go into your computer’s task manager and click “end task” for any program that looks like it might be Quickbooks related.
