At the end of installation, a dialogue box should appear that asks for firm and preparer info. This box is light blue and does not display anything. Can you help

Have you uploaded your EFIN Summary Application to Intuit for EFIN verification?  Without that being submitted Intuit cant confirm the EFIN/Firm is valid.  You cant enter this information, Intuit does it on their end.
