Indiana E-File for Form 1120
Someone posted about this about 7 months ago with no reply. Indiana has an e-file mandate. ProSeries does not allow for Form 1120 filers to e-file the Indiana return. My client has received penalties in consecutive years. Last year, Indiana abated the penalty. This year, they will not abate the penalty even though I have no mechanism to e-file the return. Will ProSeries have the ability to e-file Indiana corporate returns in the future? This is a major problem for those with Indiana clients.
