Inability to receive a phone call for two factor authentication
Has anyone had a problem being able to receive a phone call for the two factor authentication and thus not able to log on to the software? I have had this problem all day and when I called Proseries, they said there has been a problem with a few phone companies (mine is Comcast) and that the problem will "hopefully" be fixed in 24-48 hours. I mean who has 24-48 hours during this time of year to wait to log on to work?
