Import from TurboTax Desktop does not properly handle mortgage interest deduction
This is an FYI / Report of a Defect
I imported client's tax return from TurboTax desktop version.
Both 1098 mortgage interest deductions were listed in the itemized deduction section
But only one of them was listed on the Deductible Home Mortgage Interest Worksheet
I had to manually add the 2nd 1098 mortgage interest amount in order to get the correct deduction - See below
