If box 14 on the W2 states Est OT Premium but the OT YTD on the last paystub has a different amount, which figure should I use, the W2 box 14 or the last paystub?

I would use the last paystub.

    If you are sure that the last paystub correctly calculates the 1/2 portion only then I would go with that number, since box 14 is stating Est, which I am assuming is estimated.
