I sent an esignature request to a client who then changed from a tax credit to a refund, I voided the request, how to send the new tax file as "resend" is the old file?
After voiding and adjusting the tax return, when I "resend" the file for esignature, the old file is sent and not the new, adjusted tax return. How do I get rid of that old file to send the new, updated tax file?
