I need to change my firm address on the program. I have already changed it on the Proseries Account. How do I do this?

They (Intuit) will have to generate a new preparer file for you.  Just changing the address in "MyAccount" (for Lacerte, not sure what they call it for PS) doesn't do it.

Plus you would have had to change it with the IRS (assuming you efile) and once that's done, you'll have to upload that IRS confirmation to Intuit.

I am trying to change the address that prints on 2022 returns, using my new address that I have submitted to Intuit months ago and which shows up on my 2024 and 2025 returns.  It leads me in a circular routine that always ends up with "relicense product," which is not an available choice.  Am I the only ProSeries user who has had to change a "Firm" address?  Is this something that just can't be done for prior years?

Intuit needs you to upload your EFIN application showing the updated firm address for them to change the Firm info within the program.  You can't change it, Inuit has to do it for you, it has to match the EFIN application.
If youve already done this, you'll need to call support so they can fix it on their end.

My professional ethics prevent me from agreeing to unannounced IRS inspections of my client files.  So, I have never submitted an EFIN application.  However, I just found that there is a different procedure for changing firm address for 2024, than for 2022.  I made it through the "change without EFIN" step, but now I have to wait a couple days  for Intuit to do something.

So are you saying Intuit might have some trouble updating your EFIN info? 😜
