I need to buy more Esignatures for my clientes in Basic Proseries and does not let me do it

Your sentence isn't clear. Have you tried logging into myproconnect.intuit.com then going to your dashboard?

I am using Basic ProSeries to do Taxes, some times I needs to request electronincs signatures, I ready

used what I have and I need to buy more, I tried several times and does not let me do it, is not my first

year doing that, but is my first time that I have this king of problems. Thank you

I am having the same problem. Such a waste of time when the software is buggy. Spend so much time reentering credit card details only to have the purchase not go through.
