i need the 2023 pro series you had alternative card when i had to cancel the primary card you had now you have the replacement card as primary i can not see how to pay now

two ideas:

1 Have you checked the card on file by logging in to your account online:

https://accountants.intuit.com/

2. If that does help you probably have to call customer service.

will be needed if the auto-renew tried to charge a non-working card, I doubt it will try again just by updating the card on file.
