Question

I'm trying to efile form 8915, but it's coming back as error resolution and a fema number is needed. I have "covid" and the box has been checked.

Youre using the 8915E worksheet to complete the 8915F? 

Leave the FEMA box empty and mark the 2020 Covid checkbox below it.  Then the payment dollar amount would land on Line 2, 3, 5  and 9.   That should transfer everything to the 8915F
