I have ProSeries Professional with all fed returns and MI. If need to file another a state return is there a charge? I do you load the software for IA

If you have ProSeries 1040 Complete (look under Information > Product Licenses) you have unlimited states, any of them.
To download more states, go to Update > Select and Download New Prodcuts and check off the states you need.
