Question

I have preparer a tax last night with NYS solar credit IT 255-I and it wouldn't Efile, can someone please tell me if I used the correct form

When you go through the diagnostics in Review, does it say anything about it?

yes, I have an error in NY saying I have to file NYS tax on paper, I can not  Efile NY with the Solar credit

Do I file only fill Form It-255 and then form IT-201-ATT will be created? because I Preparer both forms. maybe that's why I cant Efile.
