Question

I have entered the information for a Shareholder of an S Corp who owns 100% of the stock and it asks me for a 2nd Shareholder. I get error messages

One Shareholder owns 100% of S Corp but ProSeries is looking for the information for a 2nd Shareholder and gives me error messages which I cannot remove

In the Sch K-1 Wks go to the scroll bar on the right and hit Page Down. There may be an erroneous character in the next shareholder screen. Delete it if it's there.  There was another thread years ago on the board on other steps. Use the search tool if the above method doesn't work.
