Question

I have efiled returns, but now I'm getting that i cannot submit because pin is not verified. What do i need to do?

Go to Tools > Options > Firm and Preparer Info and check the PTIN verification box under your preparer listing.  Not sure how it became unchecked, but should be an easy fix.
