I have a client whose identity was used by someone else to obtain health insurance through the marketplace who sent her a Form 1095-A marked “Void” after explaining them the situation. Marketplace indicated her sent the form to IRS. Despite attaching

The return needs an ACA Explanation statement attached as a PDF.

When you choose the type of attachment you have to chose ACA Explanation in the drop down menu, or it will keep getting rejected.
