Question

I changed the filing date on a tax exempt organization to end on 6/30/2025. How can I file from 7-1-24 to 6/30/25 if software is not available yet

I could have sworn that the 2024 program was/is available (and that we all have been using it for a while)

The dates at the top of the form should show year as 7/1/24 to 6/30/25 with the only fixed part of the date is the /24.

If you used Intuit to do a short yr 1/24 to 6/24 return then you will have issues with efile.

      I did a short year last filing from 1/1/2024 to 6/30/2024, so the next filing will be 7/1/2024 to 6/30/2025 but if I wait until 2025 software is available the return will be late.
