I can't remember my password for old programs to update

I updated my 2018 program like Intuit told me to do but none of the version numbers were 2018.25.00.19 or anywhere close to that.  So I tried to login and can't remember my password and my hint was no help.  How can I change the password for these old programs, or do I have to call Intuit?  Maybe a work around?

The password to the old is the same as for the new - one size fits all.

    That's what I thought and I tried them all.  ProConnect had me change it this morning.  I went there after I tried logging in to 2018.  I tried both old and new passwords, I even tried changing the user name to my email.  That didn't work either.  I will give it a rest and try again later I guess.
