I can't print the transmit electronic filing returns/extension/payments LOG

OK.. Now I have to stick up for Intuit (ProSeries) even though I am upset that I have over 48 returns sitting on my desk that I can't print the NYS or efile them.

I did my homework and NYS is OPEN BUT NOT FOR 2025 returns that are for anything other than extensions! As of 01/26/26, NYS opened up for any returns prior to 2025 and for only extensions for 2025.

No other company has been able to have NYS accept their efiles for tax returns for the 2025 year. They are all pending.

Though I do believe ProSeries should atleast let us print them, even if it states DO NOT FILE on them. PLEASE INTUIT.. LET US ATLEAST PRINT THEM!!!!

Hope this helps... google it and you will all see no one has received their refunds from NYS only the Federal.

My biggest issue is that any client that comes in for tax prep, I cannot print nr have them sign the authorization form. Makes me either have them come back when it is finally rectified or cancel their appointment.

You are correct, if we could at least print and have them sign and hold in abeyance it would save a lot of time and effort
