I can't print the transmit electronic filing returns/extension/payments LOG

I can print the returns perfectly and all it's attachments but after it's efiled it offers me to print the acknowledgement that it's been efiled but when i click on print it does NOTHING.   Where exactly is the setting or problems with that.   I like to prove to my clients that it has been efiled with this print out.
