I can't enter amounts on 1095-A Part III after e-file rejection

I e-filed a return which was rejected.  I found out the taxpayer had a policy through the Marketplace.  I received the 1095-A from the taxpayer and tried to enter the amounts in Part III or the 1095-A.  I get an error saying the monthly amounts in every month and column should be blank.  Don't know how to proceed at this point and any suggestions would be great.

you mean the boxes turn pink?   just ignore that and keep entering the figures, it goes away when you get to the next line....I dont know why it does that, but just ignore it.

Or else just use the annual total section.

ths year’s monthly columns are a mess.

then the client gets the letter 6 weeks later, asking for the 8962 with all the columns completed.
