I can not print tax return for 2009 & 2010 tax year. Need help to print 2009 & 2010 Tax Returns

just some basic stuff.. make sure printer is on, make sure the printer you want to print on is the one that pops up in ProSeries, can you print to pdf then to printer?  i know this is not optimal but trying to help isoloate the issue

what happens when you try to print?   The programs probably too old to update and Intuit will no long provide support for years that old, so you may be out of luck... I can't imagine "needing a printed copy" of a return that old but having access to the information contained in the return might be convenient...can you Print Preview and view them on screen to get the info you need?
