Question

I am trying to pay by return. It keeps telling me I have incorrect parameters. What is an correct parameter for a $53 return?

How to us pay by return to have correct parameters.

If you're trying to increase balance at time of printing, exit the return and try going through Tools>Pay Per Return to increase balance then go back to return

or try logging in to your Intuit account and increase balance

    I closed the software and shut the computer down.  It worked then!
