Question

I am getting a bogus code 'E' showing up on 1065 Forms k-1. There is no basis of energy property to be reported on the return. Is anyone else getting this bogus code? Any solutions?

I have the same problem with only one of the 1065s that was rolled over in January. Just adding a line on other items smart worksheet on schedule K "Box 20, Code E: N/A" and "0" in the amount column. This will show up on the attachment to all the K-1s.
