Client's employer contributed $3600 to an HSA ( In December 25)

I coded it properly.  It is showing that they get a deduction for $700 (4300-3600) for this .  What am I doing wrong.

Thanks in advance for any help

The employer amount comes from the W2 and is pre-tax already. Don't enter it anywhere else.

If your taxpayer also contributed through work, that is already pre-tax. Don't enter it anywhere else.

Unless your taxpayer also contributed personally outside of work, you don't enter anything anywhere else.

If its on the W2 code W, you dont enter any figures anywhere else, just go to the 8889 and mark the Self or Family box in the smart worksheet near the top of the form, all the errors will disappear.
