How/where to we enter Medicaid Waiver income from a W2 for 2021 return? I see nowhere to enter the amount to make it exempt.

I think back in 2021 we had to do it manually and adjust for it with a negative entry on Line 8, Other Income I always put
Excludable income per IRS Notice 2014-7
as the description.
