How to remove CA Form 3544 from CA C corp tax return?

Tries to complete a simple CA Form 100.  How do I delete Form 3544 from my CA Form 100?

CTRL+W with the form on the screen, can you remove it?

    I did remove it through unchecking a box on federal return.
