How to print a client copy for signature without paying by return?
I have a paid subscription to ProSeries Basic (and I've used the same product for about 7 years). I'm trying to produce a PDF of my first return this year so I can send it to the client for review and signature.
Every time I try to print, I get a bill, saying it will cost me $114 and there's not enough money in my account.
I have verified that my subscription is paid up. I have the version with up to 50 returns and 2 states.
How do I get around this problem?
