How to open old tax program

I am unable to open my 2019 Pro Serries Tax program. I get error message "Unable to validate credentials". I need to fix this ASAP. Please help me someone.

Go to your Windows Start button Programs/.Apps menu, find Proseries 2019 and run the Connected Customer option beneath it.
