How to I enter Massachusetts Chapter 63D PTE Credit for an Individual in ProSeries

Help! My client's K-1 shows a refundable Pass-Through credit of $33988 per Chap 63D (A new PTE credit in Mass this year), I can't see how to enter this on his individual return. Please help.

Don't hold your breath for Intuit to update this form.  I've been waiting for two years!!!!  How hard is it to add drop downs in the software for the credits??  Massachusetts adds new credits and Intuit won't bother to add them.  I was required to paper file a Massachusetts return last year.  Totally unacceptable!!
