The UPE worksheet is always linked to the partner K-1 in ProSeries. Where to enter the UPE related to S Corp K-1?

You don't. In an S-Corp you are considered an employee and if the taxpayer doesn't get reimbursed by the S-Corp then it is employee business expenses which are not deductible on the Federal return. I suggest he/she gets the S-Corp to reimburse all expenses in the future.
