How to correct "Return not transmitted" Error

While e-filing a federal tax return, I am getting a message "tax return not transmitted" and cannot e-file the tax return.

Will it successfully Convert if you do that in a separate step first?

      If it wont Convert, it wont Transmit....If youve ran through REVIEW in the Client file and nothing shows up in the Diagnostics, I would close ProSeries then go to the Windows Start menu, fine ProSeries 2024 and run REPAIR UPDATES
