How to attach TWO OSC (other state credits) to Virginia return?

Can only one be attached?

I attached the smaller one, I wish I started with the large credit. How do I delete the first small credit that I was able to attach as a PDF, so I might attach the big credit.

go back to the Attach PDF window and choose to remove it.

Are you being prompted to attach both of them?  When an attachment is required it pops up a note on the screen and you wont be able to EF without attaching it.

A techie friend showed me how to attach two OSC files: She changed the name of the second file for ProSeriens Virginia to accept the second file, since it read both files as the same, even though one was for Ohio and the other for Alabama.
