How to Allocate QBI on a 1065 that is partially an SSTB.
4 doctors formed a partnership and built a building to house their practice. They lease 75% of the building to their practice, and 25% to an unaffiliated business. The part they rent has to be considered an SSTB, while the other part is not an SSTB.
Is their any way to do this QBI allocation in the program without any overrides? Or am I stuck with paper filing?
