How is ProSeries handling the new Pennsylvania Earned Income Credit

PA has a new earned income credit worth 10% of the Federal EIC.  However, the PA forms in ProSeries Basic do not support the earned income credit.

I know nothing about PA and their EITC, but Ive seen other PA preparers mention attaching the federal return as a PDF to the PA return, I cannot confirm or deny this is accurate information...does PA have any helpful info for tax pros on their website?
