How do you generate the occupancy statement for Form 5695?

    Filed many 5695's this  year.. never added an occupancy statement.. where are you seeing that

      Did you get a rejection?  There's are multiple spots on the 5695 to enter an address, I think I saw someone else get a rejection for missing the residence address in one spot.

      i've had to put the address in multiple times even if that section didn't apply
